Requesting a refund
Open a Billing support request with your order reference. Refund window and conditions: [to be decided by the owner before launch].
What happens after a refund
The licence for that order is cancelled and new downloads stop. Files you already downloaded are not removed from your computer by this website — you agree to delete them and stop using the software.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider. Timing depends on your bank.
Payment disputes
If a payment is disputed with your bank, downloads for that order are paused until the dispute is resolved.
