What this website stores, why, and for how long.
What we store
Account: name, email, password hash (never the password itself), preferred language, and two-step verification settings.
Purchases: orders, the price and terms at the time of purchase, payment status and the payment provider's transaction reference.
Downloads: which file was downloaded and when, with a one-way hash of the IP address and a shortened browser description.
Support: the requests and messages you send.
What we do not store
Card details. Payments are entered on the payment provider's page; we never see or store card numbers.
Your shop's data. Orders, customers and payments recorded inside our software stay on your own computer and are never sent to this website.
Who processes data for us
Payment provider: [name, once onboarding is complete]. Hosting, database and file storage providers: [names and regions to be listed before launch]. Email delivery provider: [to be listed].
Retention
Purchase records are kept as long as needed for accounting and to let you re-download what you bought: [retention period to be set by the owner]. You can ask us to close your account; purchase records required by law are kept.
